We choose models by results, not by brand. Each AI worker runs on the model that passes its qualification best, whether we built it or another provider did.

   Shortlist models and agentsWe compare agents we build ourselves with models and agents from outside providers.

   Qualify on real workEach candidate takes the AI qualification for its sector: our own test tasks for accuracy, reliability, sector knowledge, safety, speed and cost.

   Safety and security reviewWe check how it handles private data, how it resists misuse such as prompt injection, and that it stays within its access limits.

   Supervised probationIt starts under a named human owner who reviews every output before it is used.

   Deploy, audit and reviewOnce trusted, it works with every action logged. We review it regularly, and retrain, replace or retire it when it falls short.
